Prestonwood Baptist Church is located in Plano, Texas and is one of the largest congregations in North America. Their campus includes a 7,000 seat worship center, children and youth centers, a Pre-K through 12th grade school, football and baseball fields, a sport and fitness center, a cafe, and two bookstores.[1]
Scecon was faced with the challenge of finding a way to communicate the vision of growth for the church, including expansion plans, and the contributions necessary to make this feasible.
We designed and built an interactive exhibit that features the four growth areas of the capital campaign and involves congregants in the process – touching their emotions and moving them to become part of the new thing that God is doing in their midst.
Scecon designed, fabricated and installed this interactive exhibit that not only communicates the vision of the church but also follows the architectural theme of the facility itself. Typically, it would take 120 days to accomplish a task of this magnitude... Scecon was able to go from initial concept to completion in an astounding 36 days!
