Background
Capital Cardiovascular Conference, or C3, is an annual opportunity for interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons to come together and experience high-level education demonstrating advanced coronary, peripheral, and carotid interventions, as well as other technical issues, led by the most experienced operators from Europe, Asia and North America.[1]
The Design
The two tables were designed to seat 4 speakers. These had a double tier layer top with an acrylic surface. The legs were hexagonal with a perforated metal wrap. The front of the desk was finished with a solid modesty panel with positive copper patina finish. Includes recessed colored accent lighting.
The podium design reflected the desk design. The podium also housed a computer monitor tied to the large screen, a microphone, and a small storage area.
The tables sat on our designed risers, which were finished with a glossy surface and blue LED perimeter accent lighting.
Located in the center of the stage, behind the main speaker's podium, was a 10' diameter globe logo. Translucent frosted acrylic "C3" letters were floated off the globe.
Surrounding the globe were 2 large flag screens, tubular frame muslin panel with painted gradient and sprayed perforated metal overlay.
