Background

KOAM-TV is a CBS affiliate and serves four states: Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri.

 

The Design

Scecon designed, fabricated, and installed the set used by KOAM-TV in Pittsburg, Kansas. News programs compete in local markets for the largest share of viewers. An integral part of what separates any TV station from another is the look of their newsroom. Scecon has been designing newsrooms and sets for broadcast for nearly 20 years.
