We first seek to understand our client's needs. Our consultant team interviews and assesses each client relating to the following process, which is performed in three basic steps:
(Interview / Site Survey / Plan Review)
In the first step of our process, the Assessment Phase, we gather information from leadership and others connected with the project. We seek to learn about your company's culture, business philosophy, facilities, and most importantly, your immediate needs. From this initial meeting (which includes a site survey if we are redesigning an existing facility), we will propose recommendations on how we can best serve your organization. This proposal will include fee information for the Concept / Design phase.
(3D Renderings and Technical Drawings)
In the second step, Concept / Design, we meet with you as a team. In these meetings we work together to develop a design that is aesthetically pleasing, looks good on camera, and is fully functional for your specific goals. We use our tried and true method, messagedrivendesign® to create designs that connect the client to the end-user.
(Fabrication / Installation)
From the final designs we are able to estimate costs for fabrication and installation (the final Production Phase). These are then presented to you for review and to work through any remaining details before proceeding with final production.
